No Returns on Food Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on food items. Once a food product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if it is our error, we will offer a solution such as sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only applicable if the product you received is defective or was damaged during shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will address the situation promptly. We do not accept exchanges for food items due to health and safety concerns.
